Outside Living Area in Del Mar

For this client, we were given the task to design and build a beautiful outside living area. It was to include multiple decks, a pool, a patio area, retaining walls and pavers. We used Mangaris railing, a stone decking system and Bellguard Pavers among many other complementary products.

“This was an enormous job that had multiple phases and lasted nearly a year,” said Pacific Improvements president, Kevin Busby. “Our in-house skills and experienced sub-contractors, using multiple plans, design and implementation phases allowed the homeowners to continue using the space throughout the building process.
